What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The online multiplayer doesn't crash the game, but that's about it, because it's completely unplayable.
fun and challenging, have to build all your own vehicles to unlock parts. progression feel great once you understand how to unlock each component.
The premise of the game is amazing: You build little racing cars from lego-ish parts, progressing through the campaign by beating certain target times while meeting technical requirements for each race or challenge (given number of wheels, gears, maximum or minimum weight, EV vs combustion, etc.), to then unlock better parts to build an increasing variety of vehicles.
While neither the visuals nor the audio push technical boundaries, they effectively support the gameplay and maintain a lighthearted tone throughout the experience.
Some items are still missing in the game; for example, the intro screen before loading looks like an empty Unity project, no achievements reachable yet with building instructions (e.g. make a car heavier than 1000 KG never unlocks yet), and the race times for challenges need to be optimized, are now undoable.
New missions difficulty is easy then hard then easy then hard..no progression.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
