The quests have enough depth of lore and intrigue to keep you moving through them, the crafting system is grinding but rewarding, the level progression feels good, and the gear system while fairly simple now, is quite easy to progress through.

Playing solo, I find combat to be very manageable 99% of the time. 1% of the time I bite off more than I can chew, and that is honestly my fault.

Based on the changes that have happened, and some of the honest narrative presented by the devs, I'd recommend this game to anyone looking for a grinder MMO that doesn't mind the trimmings and trappings of open alpha development from an Indie team.

While this game has had a rocky road on the game development path, it has taken a lot of positive steps in fixing many of the issues it was plagued with upon release into early access and has had a ton of content updates, minor and major fixes, some system changes, many good class changes, new features and more active development coming every day it seems.

Oh, and did I mention the game's completely free with no microtransactions?

There has been a clear effort to increase the difficulty of the game, and bring it back to something that presents a challenge to the playerbase from the get go.
