in terms of story & gameplay, they're pretty much untouched and as good as the original release. the story is still a beautifully written emotional rollercoaster that will keep you hooked until the end where your choices actually matter and have consequences with a great atmosphere & stellar voice acting. the gameplay is still pretty good with its whole time travelling mechanic that allows you to rollback time (& also allows you to change your choice if you feel like you didn't pick the right thing). really the only bad thing is that the stealth sequence in Episode 5 is still absolute a*ss.
the new lighting however, is both really good but also really bad at the same time. in most areas, the new lighting is absolutely breathtaking and a huge upgrade from the lighting in the original game (also thanks to the upgrade from UE3 to UE4.23) however there are still a handful of areas where the game is either too dark (Max's room in Episode 1 for example) or too bright (Dana's room in Episode 1) and even when it's properly balanced, the lighting fights with itself for some reason and keeps switching between different presets (such as on the corridor while talking to Juliet in Episode 1).

I played it on my Steam Deck and it runs well but the graphics can be Jank.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
