The story is probably the best in the entire franchise, although the voice acting is a little iffy.
The gameplay loop is interesting, but it does get a little stale unless you force yourself do weird random things(I used an underpowered Porsche Panamera for the final offroad boss, and that was super entertaining).
I play on a pretty bad pc, but I still am able to get decent graphics and good fps.
