the story and voice acting are comical, if not a bit stiff and cheesy at times, but i think that makes it more charming. the story was always my favorite part of past entries. and the writing is flawed, but again, its cheesy and i love that stuff. the new character marle ended up being one of my favorite puyo characters too.

The scenes are enjoyable, I'm allowed to switch to the Japanese voice acting if I wish to do so, and the gameplay is solid.

PPT2 is very similar to the first game but is generally more polished and runs better with a massive character roster that pulls from all over the series and finally brings in a few compile era characters (Serilly my beloved <333).
