What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The art is beautiful, the characters are good from what I've seen.
I have had to put this game down 3 times since purchasing it because the entire gameplay mechanic is play a stage -> rng to get unlocks & equipment needed for next stage.
- SURPRISINGLY GOOD OST
Library of Ruina stages every encounter like a performance, complete with theatrical lighting, cinematic transitions, and the sense that each battle is part of a larger act in a play.
has Roland in it, plus a great story, the gacha system rewards you for winning allowing you to make builds without having to do a ♥♥♥♥ ton of pulls or mirror dungeons (not trying to say limbus is a bad game, prob the most forgiving gacha system i've ever seen, Project moon is actually goated unlike a certain chinese gacha game company (hoyoverse or whatever those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who made genshin and zzz and other greedy slop games)) also has Xiao which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbeatable if you do not look up a certain cheese strat (Myongest Yesod)
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
