Xuan-Yuan Sword VII is a mostly linear, story-driven action RPG with heaps of charm and solid, satisfying gameplay.
By the time I finished XYS7, I actually felt that the visuals were also good, especially considering what the game is and the scale of the project.
Xuan-Yuan's soundtrack is fantastic, with a lot of beautiful tracks playing at appropriate moments to create a great atmosphere.
The problem is that this game is VERY POORLY OPTIMIZED.
