The story can at times be quite juvenile in its humour, but it grew on me and I thought ended up at a good place.

However, on the hardest difficulty (Battletoads) the game reminds me the original NES game, being frustratingly difficult (especially solo with jet bikes or sled), but giving you that sense of achievement when you do reach a respawn point or clear a mission.
