+ Visuals/Art design is excellent even if its simple and some of the stages are really eye popping with great color contrast, water effects, atmosphere, that make clearing out the hordes of enemies that much more engaging.
+ the Story is very lighthearted, simple, yet also engaging with good voice acting, and very interesting set pieces (you are playing through btw) to keep each act interesting, from ship battles, to tower defense, to getting on horse back and outrunning an army,...
I recommend you deactivate auto saves and save the game yourself that's just my own preference also this game can be played with a mouse and keyboard as well as a controller so it comes down to your own preference.
