✔ Addictive gameplay loop
The characters you sell potions to didn't end up being all that memorable to me, and the mechanics for selling potions are a bit flat.
---Graphics are nice.
There is a lot to like about this game: it's style is unique and beautiful, the music is catchy, the sound design is satisfying, and the core gameplay loop is engaging... for a little while.
A simple and fun mechanic: use plants/mushrooms/crystals to navigate a map that has different potion effects and then sell the potions to customers!
I experimented making potions, tending to the garden, exploring the potion map, optimization of ingredients, haggling with every customer at maximum difficulty, carefully choosing my upgrades.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 5 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
