My review may seem negative, but that's because the core gameplay loop of repairing cars is actually so much fun, that even with all these negative aspects, it's still fun.
The game seems to be poorly optimized considering my rtx 3070 runs at 100% no matter the graphics or resolution.
Too easy, even on expert mode.
I hope Car Mechanic Simulator 2026 will be more exciting — with features like driving to a store to buy parts, open multiplayer with friends, and much better engine and exhaust sounds that accurately match each specific car, plus the ability to customize the exhaust system based on sound.
