This is the best apex legends aim trainer, it even gets adjustments for weapons because of the new balance patches.

I you're a KB&M player I would suggest getting Kovaaks unless you really want to practice the recoil patterns but if you are a controller player this is a really great tool to train as you can very easily import your controller settings (including ALC settings!!) and just grind away.
