Speaking of challenge, another high point of this game is the amount of difficulty customization that the player is allowed to do: one can alter almost every aspect of gameplay, to the core style (either roguelite - one death and the run is over - or with any number of lives), as well the speed of the falling pieces and many other aspects.

The graphics are made of large, whimiscially animated and colorful sprites that represent both characters and locations seen in previous titles, while the music is again penned by the wonderful Jake Kauffman, remixing his previous work in an all new style to great effect.
