While light on story, Urtuk excels in creating a deep and rewarding combat experience.
Because there are so many classes and mutagens (and difficulty levels, but even the lowest difficulty is challenging) there's high replay value.
But play this game for the right reason, exclusively tactical combat, and there's a lot of fun to be had in the diversity of how you build your party roster and individual characters.
Grotesque, hand-drawn art style reminiscent of *Darkest Dungeon*, with highly detailed environments and character designs.
Combined with a subdued and atmospheric soundtrack, it creates an experience that feels consistently bleak and immersive.
