Developed and published by ARVORE, the game acts as a sequel to Pixel Ripped 1989 while standing firmly on its own through a creative blend of retro-inspired gameplay, storytelling, and immersive VR mechanics.
The real-world environments are presented through immersive VR perspectives, while the in-game adventures feature retro-inspired graphics that pay homage to classic gaming hardware.
For the gameplay, I was really impressed with how well it turned out from using the player's controller with your VR controller.
The audio design further strengthens the nostalgic atmosphere.
