What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Although it's a crew management game in the vein of FTL: Faster Than Light, the rhythm of gameplay in Space Crew feels more akin to a Tower Defense title like Kingdom Rush.
I was not interested at first yes I like space and all but I always felt like the art style looked much nicer on the WW2 setting, on Bomber Crew and didn't really find this space version that interesting at first.
Sound design complements the visuals with engaging voice acting, alert sounds, and a fitting sci-fi soundtrack that helps maintain immersion and heighten dramatic moments.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
