+ fantastic music, fits the gameplay and overall vibe very well.
Add in some secrets, powerups ala binding of isaac ( like a pink poop bullet that is really a bad idea to pick up ) Many clear rewards, rewards for perfect runs ( aka no hit ) and an amazing comic book art style and presentation that just screams high energy!
