There's one minigame in particular that I think needs to be overhauled - the "perfect warrior" game is a guess-the-combination-lock 1v1 duelling game that makes you figure out the best 4-character combination for your stats, and it tends to become one person with superhigh stats while everyone hopelessly dies to them forever, which doesn't make for fun gameplay at all after the first few minutes.
