Interface is pretty nice, even if it is a little difficult to see what region exactly blocks are sitting in.
The side with the most points at the end of the campaign is declared the winner, although should either side gain Ten Victory Points before the end of any year, then a sudden death victory will occur.
The AI is very reasonable, and both the event cards and the dice-based resolution of the battles give good replayability.
