What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The challenge of managing production and distribution of various goods while maintaining a steady workforce from the different classes of citizens is very enjoyable, and the campaign maps offer further challenge by setting different constraints and goals for you to accomplish, such as limited space for building and farming and the need to import certain goods you are unable to produce which differs from map to map.
It is a love letter to quality in graphics, difficulty balancing, and player experience, and quite frankly to gamers :)
By allowing you to choose between a wide variety of different gods and their bonuses, Nebuchadnezzar lets you customize your gameplay to suit your strategy and specific needs, which is really nice to see in a game like this.
Also, in older games when you click on citizens they would say funny lines or complain and the voice acting was great to really reflect how the citizens felt.

First, the good: aesthetics are great, nice details, pretty HUD, music ok.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
