Every time a cutscene triggers to that affect, either by a Memory cutscene from a consumed //:BLACKNET Intrigue target for those side-missions to get very beneficial mutations, or a pre-rendered main story cutscene from a mission.
The progression loop is genuinely addictive.
The graphics though are a mixed bag to me...some of the textures just look like they are from 2002 while animations and especially 'Hellers' different forms look very detailed and cool.
