What players think
The recurring themes across 203 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There isn't much difficult stuff since this game is pretty much a slice of life and the characters speak in a very "childish" way, so it's easy to understand (in japanese).
The crafting is significantly less complex than in its modern counterparts Lulua and Ryza, but is still fun in its own right and plays an important role in how each game develops, both gameplay-wise and story-wise.
Soundtrack is also among the best in the entire franchise, there's a huge variety of tracks that change depending on the location for alchemy, combat and traveling and they all sound very good.
The art style is beautiful and very unique, fits the game perfectly.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 5 sampled reviews and is not shown.
