The strengths of LnL are many: a complex ruleset (over 200 pages) distilled and digestible after playing the tutorials, historical attention to weapons and vehicles, the seamless recreation of tactics and morale, a (mostly) intuitive interface, excellent graphics and sounds that are good enough, and (through the expansions) a potentially huge variety of nations, periods, and environments for your tactical conflicts.
They have done a lot of work to make the multiplayer more stable and while it is more stable, it still leaves a lot to be desired.
Replayability is high: some scenarios seem to start out differently every time I play them.
