What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
- Humorous dialogue and banter between the characters.
- Beautiful graphics, from the first scene I was blown away.
The game’s environmental sound effects are of good quality, as well as voice acting.
Main characters are also not challenged enough, and everything goes way too easy for them.
And finally, the game runs perfectly on Steam Deck.
The transition to 3D is a bit of a mixed bag due to some effy animations here and there and the clear bias for a controller for movement, and while I so prefer Revolution's 2D artworks, they did overall a great job translating the art of Dave Gibbons into living people.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
