Couple the MAJOR gameplay issues with the very clear graphics downgrade(every NPC or suspect looks like they had their faces buttered and have recently gotten hair plugs) and levels that look like they came out of a PS3 FPS, sterilizing "controversial" things that made this game have a gritty story as well as the DLC that sells you the rest of the story that should have been in the base game and the way the devs have been regulating mods to stop people from restoring certain aspects of the game?
