What players think
The recurring themes across 198 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
However, some dungeons are brutal, and not being able to - in early game - reach the true ends of dungeons (The ones that require medals to access) is a natural phase of progression.
The baseline play is a simple optimization problem - route through the powerups and modifiers to gain as high of a score as you can - and survive the level at all, for that matter - but new content adds novel complexity as well as merely increased complexity.
(If you're still not 100% sold by that on the game-play, then why not check out "DROD RPG", another game in the same vain kinda with a much smaller price tag, and a really nice graphics style?
If this makes it sound like the game is too easy, I promise that you're underestimating it.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 4 sampled reviews and are not shown.
