What players think
The recurring themes across 42 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story for the most part was interesting, and I loved just how many characters appear in this game.
The art style overall is really nice and recreates that feel of Super Mario RPG quite well, as with Mario RPG this game too has parts that the isometric perspective just messes with me and makes platforming and such a challenge.
The gameplay is fun and has tons of content to offer, though the music, while being decent, has no tracks from the Touhou series itself, which feels a bit off.
I wish similar arrangements of Touhou songs to what plays were included, to help make the style feel more unique, but as it is, the soundtrack is fine for what it is.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
