Chicory: A Colorful Tale

This is emotional, captivating, has a great story, fun side quests, and lets you be creative without needing actual artistic ability (thank god).

But yeah, from everything above, to smaller yet thoughtful features like being able to "call home" for help when you're stuck or settings that help its players be as comfortable as possible playing (ie. disabling "wet" sounds that's not your thing)... you can really tell this game has A LOT of love put into bringing its world and gameplay to life.

A fun world to colour & explore, a beautiful OST to keep you going, and very natural character growth throughout make Chicory a very good game for folks of all ages.

This simple premise unfolds into a touching narrative about self-discovery, community, and overcoming doubt, wrapped in a warm and inviting art style that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Some of the boss fights Dark Chicory / Dark You and the final one were incredible, I loved the music and even had a bit of difficulty on a few of em.

If that doesn’t show how fantastic the character design is in this game I don't know what would.
