The game loop has two parts 1. design and build stuff... and then 2. 'debug' you observer passengers using your new facilites and see if they are navigating it ok and having their needs met and make tweaks when things dont work or to optimize it..
The game offers some nice graphics, although some ugly glitches here and there, it is pleasant all the same
