Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
-story is dependent on knowing the previous games lore. the main story itself is competent, but until the last 3rd feels like the equivalent of a kid smacking his figures together.

Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
As far as graphics go the game looks pretty ugly most of the time, the sound just straight up dies sometimes, the framerate is locked to 30 (but hey one dev said he would maybe fix this so there you go), the voice acting is all over the place and even after all these years they still haven't fixed some of the silly grammar that's going on in the tavern dialogue.

Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
If you haven't seen/heard of the gameplay, how it works is that you control/position your units like in a normal RTS, but when your main unit engages in combat it switches gameplay and allows you to manually control your hero to attack troops.

Players who bring up Multiplayer mostly praise it.
The game is OUTSTANDING, period. -Minus multiplayer?
