okok now this game does have tons of building mechanics and fun things to experiment i love building little contraptions honestly, and despite the simple blocky style the lighting and shaders in the game are pretty decent!

If you dont want to try and be a doctor, saving your ragdolls after "accidentally" throwing them a little too hard, you can just use the large arsenal of weapons (melee and ranged) to kill people in increasingly crazy ways.
