In the end, the author does an amazing job with this story he's trying to tell, and manages in only a couple hours, along with some interesting mechanics such as a Rorschach Test and some "memory" meta-games, to convey a message about the dangers and the possibilities that being virtually inmortal could bring us.
Rather than focusing on action mechanics or traditional role-playing systems, OMNIMUS centers itself around storytelling and player choice, creating an experience where narrative progression becomes the primary source of engagement.
