What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
now talking balance wise, this game is hard, after about 10 hours i started beating the normal mode of the game every other game(wave 30), however, 40 hours in and i havent beat round 60 which is the first achievement of hard mode, the thing is, even tho the game has a lot of replayability the power level of cards is a bit off (not as wild as other reviews describe it)
the game replayability is extremely good due to the wide spectrum of cards, advisers, starts, enemies ,the 4 classes, and events. the game itself is thrilling every time you start again because of the well balanced rng system of the game (power level of events, good rarity/power ratio of cards) and the great phasing of it as well (perfect timing of merchants, waves, and events), each game is a new story even if you go for the same build.
Its charming pixel art style and quirky characters create an engaging atmosphere that belies the depth of tactical decision-making required to succeed.
the artwork is amazing, cute, and very appealing. its a refreshing style that can fit any age of the audience. the sound effects and music are nice and well fit to the theme of the game.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
