The soundtrack delivers energetic stage themes and memorable boss tracks that reinforce progression beautifully.
But mainly, these sub abilities are a positive and the only time in the series that anything shot type related provides unique options for gameplay (outside of Youmu in the games she’s in) and I enjoy most of them, making each shot more unique and memorable.
