Games like Onward obviously use such mechanics but if you feel a bit jaded by multiplayer FPS games full of toxic, arrogant oversized children playing soldiers and would like an immersive solo experience with a great progression system I think you will like this and did I mention there is an infiltration game mode as well?
I play using the Oculus Quest 2, I only started playing VR games in September, I have tried other shooters for comparison to Tales of Glory 2, and my hardware is still pretty relevant with a 2080ti and 9900k (OC'd 5ghz).
You will need a powerful computer I have an RTX graphics chip and 16GB ram Omen Laptop and still can't run on ultra smoothly but very high settings run fine.
- note - The game is quite CPU intense - reduce troop numbers if you experience stuttering, this cleared it up for me and it runs well on my machine - 8700k, 1080ti 16gb ddr4 ram
Dev Suggestion: Co-op multiplayer could make things a lot more interesting.
