You can play ranked whenever you want and if you feel tilted at ranked you can play casual mode while still rewarded with premium currency or decorative item (f2p grind is possible).
I realize most people won't get this lucky, but rerolling only takes a minute so one could easily reroll until they got 2 characters just from the initial pulls or the character they want.
There being no English translation is a bummer, but navigating the UI is simple enough and gameplay is just fine.
The interface is cute and the tutorial is helpful for beginners, while still offering a competitive experience for more experienced players.
Mahjong Princess (MJP) is a very good online multiplayer riichi mahjong game on Steam.
Kept doing this until I set graphics back to "very good" in the launcher.
