What players think
The recurring themes across 294 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Mostly the story carries a happy tone with a funny way of looking at things, there are some emotion heavy scenes also which address the main character's life events peppered throughout the game but they do not break the general mood.
I understand the soundtrack is also good but I usually play without so I can't comment on that.
Game's graphics are hand drawn with enough detail to make them readable and believable,
For seasoned point-and-click fans, it might feel a bit too easy, but it’s a great entry point for newcomers to the genre.
- Gameplay: everything you want from a modern point & click is there, inventory is handled nicely, you have practically infinite manual save slots, it also autosaves frequently, there are no practically no bugs (I found a couple that were the "blink and you'll miss it" kind, and I was very thorough exploring the world).
As you progress, the story and the gameplay reward you for your time exploring and interacting with the world and characters.
