What players think
The recurring themes across 88 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Wayward Strand is an undeniably cozy narrative game with a true Australian flavour.
Perhaps this is the first ever narrative game that I have played that perfectly portrays my home state and rural-town feel, from the background sounds, characters, voices, phrases and even the menu soundtrack.
Immense replayability value
This simple premisse works thanks to it's elaborate narrative device, supported by great writing, voice acting, visuals and music.
Also it ran great on my Steam Deck!
