The story is fun but non-intrusive, the art is beautiful, the characters are fun, and the developer is bold and creative enough to try completely new gameplay every single time, and I can't help myself but commend them for it.
Combat

The rest of the combat is much more "real time" with insta-kill mechanic so long as you have the mana thus my comparison to Curse of Kubel (although this one doesn't overwhelm you with enemies like Curse does).
