Each of his titles has a distinctive art style, with many of them sharing the same item sprites, HUD, and even NPCs.
The starting character shown in the tutorial is actually harder to play as a newcomer than a melee character also available from the get-go.

Control scheme advice: I recommend a keyboard with decent key rollover, otherwise stick to the gamepad.
