That being said, the game is pretty lame without the patch, the story mode is detailed and expansive (though there are short-comings which i'll address), the story mode plops you into an all-girl school because Anime gonna' Anime and who doesn't love being the one anime protag dude in an all-girl school?

One of the best parts about the character creator isn't actually the physical customization, it's the sheer amount of personality types and quirks that you can select for female characters-- Want a star-struck Yandere to think you're the bee's knees?

Voice acting is also really good. even though it is quite expensive for a seggs sim (with the dlc that's like 72% of the base game price)
