What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Gameplay is super unique, reminiscent of RPGs like Arc the Lad, with a circular arena and turn based combat, but real time movement between turns.
I wish I could have played co-op but didn't get the chance but solo runs are fun in itself.
✔️ Excellent combination of tactical combat and roguelike mechanics, with a very enjoyable multiplayer experience.
The graphics are nice, there's solid voice acting throughout, the story holds up, the music is good, the turn based combat mechanics works, most of the powerups also can work with the right synergies.
Music and sound design shift seamlessly between the calm serenity of the Atheneum and the high tension of battle, creating a strong emotional contrast.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
