What players think
The recurring themes across 231 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The Final Fantasy tactics type of gameplay here is really solid, fun and the malleable terrain adds a lot of fun strategy to the proceedings (I found the Meteor spell particularly satisyfying because it blows enemies everywhere leaving a crater - - so fun!).
the Visuals : there are only two graphics settings and in Honour of a Biscuit Shaped hole in the heartys of enjoyers of games everywhere i am mandated to ask WTF is ... homage aside there is a reason for this !
The color design and soundtrack make the vibe of this game unlike anything I've ever played.
But, learning to navigate without a magical minimap was rewarding and worth the time.I do wish there was more length to the main quest, more character classes/skills to learn, and items with more depth than +dmg +hp and a few “legendary” items that throw an effect on top, but there was enough to enjoy.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
