What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There is also an emotional story here, and the game is thoughtful enough to have an extended segment of cutscenes as the prologue in the beginning for you to learn and potentially grow attached to the characters (although if you don't care for it, you can skip it).
It's best qualities are the visuals and music (of course), and the platforming.
Gameplay is buttery smooth and endlessly satisfying.
Visuals and OST are amazing again (however i need to deduct some points here for the blatant pixelization bug that happens often and the only solution i found was to 200% the graphics, meaning my GPU was contantly at 85oC, instead of 70oC... so i rather save my GPU, lowered the graphics again and had to see those immersion breaking pixelizations).
Then immediately start it again on Hard mode like I did.
Great game, broke my controller for this one
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
