The physics are interesting enough that I can enjoy practising against AI, and the game supports both online and local multiplayer, including split screen, but the real strength is clearly the competitive side.

Game has many sophisticated mechanics (tons of different amazing weapons can be picked up around the arenas, can't touch certain walls or die, when firing you're pushed back toward walls, etc.).
