Last I played, the system of questions you could pose suspected infiltrators was a bit rudimentary, but thankfully this particular feature could be turned off- actually, a lot of the map features and options can be tweaked on worldgen, so there's a lot of room for customization.

Bonus for addition of multiplayer features, albeit so far I've yet been unable to get folks onboard, but considering the overall quality of the game, and the reasonable price, this could be a fun find for any zombie survival fans looking to coop.
