What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There's a nice, calming soundtrack, which grows with each of the three gameplay-relevant DLCs (the Wingspan Asia music straddles the line between calming and cinematic, but it's still nice).
I’m sure this game has some good replayability as there is an online multiplayer component.
Stellar soundtrack and enjoyable cozy art style.
The failure to use a sensible windowed interface means that cards are often overlaid by action dialogues where you cannot review the card hidden card details to make the best decision.
There is occasional voice acting when you play a new bird that gives you a quick sentence or two factoid about the bird.
I really really love this board game and I really wanted to also like the PC version of it, but a large amount of small UI oddities combined with a very easy to beat AI and a somewhat odd matchmaking system make the game so much less enjoyable that I can't in good faith recommend it.
