Whether this particular change is an improvement will be subjective to each individual player given the general sentiment of Quick Time Events in games, but it certainly adds another layer to the gameplay in this one.

The graphics are very comic like, there are puzzles that aren't too difficult and there is a crafting option in some parts (Optional, but recommended)

The exploration can be rewarding as it offers up secrets and resources to craft traps and weapons, the characters are very well-designed and illustrated, the presentation retains that distinct Devespresso signature style found in all of their games thus far, the sound design and moments of voice acting are both believable as well as really effective in adding to and building upon its atmosphere.
