Changeling

While the romance falls kinda short in a few routes, the focus of this game definitely lies in its story-telling.

At first, I wasn't too keen on the art style, but it has really grown on me.

I personally really enjoyed that the common route only comprises around a quarter of the game in total, this way, the story, and character development has more time to properly unfold, which was done really well as well.

Overall if you just want a "should I play or should I skip" I'd say that if you are a fan of visual novels and otomes certainly go for it as this is one of the good ones and the amount of gameplay you get certainly fits the full price.

I could hear the inflection the characters would use when talking despite there not actually being voice acting, so strong writing in that regard.

The general presentation, starting from just the Main Menu and user interface and ending with artwork and music, is hauntingly beautiful.
