Last a note to the developer, please don't add multiplayer until these problems have been resolved, once they have been feel free to eventually add multiplayer and possibly multi crews.
Keeping in mind that this is early access the graphics look promising and I instantly got the feeling of the monstrous size of the Tiger tank.
I don't think it could support quest natively though, not without decreasing the graphic quality by a lot, quest is a mobile GPU.
